A mysterious man from Shirou's world. It's pretty clear that he's not a normal human, but what exactly is he? His connection to Polaris, governor of the universe, is deep, but that has little bearing in a world that Polaris does not govern. He's just being his usual mysterious self here in The World, and doesn't really seem fazed by the location change. It's good to see a familiar face though.
